SLOUGH| Commercial
Office Fit Out
Full design and installation of MEP Installations to a major UK headquarters which included the construction of a new two-story 'Grade A' office building, approximately 25,000 square feet in size, designed to provide a contemporary and efficient workspace. Additionally, a separate single-story plus mezzanine building, covering about 12,000 square feet which housed workshops and stores.

Education
Full mechanical design and installation to this new-build academy school in the West Midlands. The project featured new gas fired heating systems, UFH, gas fired hot water, VRF Systems, large DX HRU’s with centralised ventilation systems, centralised toilet extract system, BMS, science laboratory fit-out, above ground drainage and plumbing installations.
East Midlands | decarb
Decarbonisation
Selected as delivery partner for the roll-out of six schools in the East Midlands area working under the CIF framework. Each project involved the design and installation of new low carbon heating systems, which consisted of a gas fired boiler replacement with 2-stage ASHP , emitter and pipework upgrade. Acting as principle contractor, each project was muti-discipline and included all associated electrical power upgrades, controls & BMS, groundwork, builders works, decorating and making good. Works were all carried out in the window of the school summer shutdown, requiring detailed upfront design, meticulous design and project management to ensure all works were complete and both heating & hot water available for school opening in September.
